# Pricing & Plans

Vorxis is in **invite-only beta**. All beta users currently get full Pro access at no charge while we refine the product. Pricing will be introduced before general availability — beta users will receive advance notice.

## FAQ

### What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your workspaces, layouts, and chat history are preserved. Panels and tickers that exceed Free tier limits will be marked inactive but not deleted. Re-upgrading restores them immediately.

### Is there a student or individual trader discount?

A discounted Individual Trader plan is planned. Join the chatroom and follow `#announcements` to hear about it first.

### Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing with a two-month discount is on the roadmap for general availability.

### What payment methods are accepted?

Stripe is used for billing — all major credit and debit cards accepted. More methods to be added such as crypto!

### Institutional plan — what's included?

The Institutional plan is designed for trading desks, hedge funds, and professional firms. It includes a dedicated Slack support channel, SLA guarantees, private chatroom channels for your team, WebSocket API access, and co-location options for the lowest possible latency.
